DISPATCH

Your parcel will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7-10 working days of placing your order.

 

SERVICES

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £50! – Standard delivery is FREE to all UK customers who spend £50 or more! Your parcel will be shipped with Royal Mail first class.

 

Orders placed after 14:00GMT on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Dutch Designer Clothing UK can not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier.


USA

DISPATCH

SERVICES

Your parcel will be shipped with Royal Mail first class. This is a non tracked service so we can't update you on the location of your order whilst in transit.
Shipping should take between 5-7 working days but we’ll give you a more accurate timeframe at checkout!

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

USA

US Customs threshold has boosted to $800USD (Approx. £640GBP). This means you will have nothing extra to pay when ordering from Dutch Designer UK Unless you spend over £640 of course…

EUROPE

There will be no customs or import taxes to pay on deliveries to any European countries! Once you checkout that’s is! There’s nothing else to pay!!

REST OF WORLD

Deliveries to ROW countries may incur some customs and import charges, we can not predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office for further info!
 

 

MISSED DELIVERIES

UK

If you chose our Royal Mail option and missed your first delivery attempt RM will leave a card with information on how to obtain your parcel or they will automatically attempt a second delivery the following day!

If you chose our DHL option and you missed your delivery, DHL will leave a card with information on how to obtain your parcel. You can usually arrange to collect the parcel from a local depot, deliver your parcel on a different day or it might have been left with a neighbor. Once you have the ‘Missed Delivery’ card enter your tracking in to the DHL website for more info on what to do next!

EUROPE

If you live in Europe and you missed your delivery, a second delivery will be attempted in the following countries - Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the Canary Islands.

The following countries will receive a card with information on how to collect your parcel from a local depot - Denmark, Finland, France, and Sweden.

If you don’t live in any of the countries mentioned above, please contact us at dutchdesignerclothinguk@hotmail.com and we’ll see what we can do for you!

USA

If you live in the USA and you have missed your delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If the second attempt fails to reach you, then you should be left with a card containing information on how to collect your parcel. If you receive one of these cards, please act fast as your parcel will only be held for 7 days before it is sent back to us!

REST OF WORLD

If you live in any country that doesn’t fall into the above categories and you missed your first delivery attempt, a second delivery will automatically be attempted in the following countries - Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Croatia, India, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

 

Sometimes things just dont work out so lets get this sorted for you!

 

When returning goods to Dutch Designer Clothing UK we strongly advise you send your parcel using a tracked service to guarantee we get it, and if we don’t receive it we can still work things out as long as you can provide proof of sending! If your parcel is sent without tracking and we don’t receive it we can’t be held liable for this.

 

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

If you are for any reason unhappy with your Dutch Designer Clothing UK purchase we will happily issue a replacement or refund providing your goods are returned to us unworn, with original tags and in an original resalable condition within 30 days of placing your order!

 

Please return your unwanted goods for a refund or exchange to the following address.

The cost of returning goods to Dutch Designer Clothing UK is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty on our part then we will reimburse you the return shipping cost.

When you received your goods you should have received a ‘Returns Form’ in your package, fill this in with details of yourself, your order and whether you would like a refund or exchange (include your desired item for exchanging!). Then make sure your goods are well packaged, remember it rains, so its best you make sure your parcel is watertight! Remember we mentioned above the tracking situation!

 

Upon receiving your parcel we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours! Don’t worry we won’t charge you any extra for posting an exchanged item back to you, we’ll cover the cost of postage and if you requested a refund please allow up to 48 hours for the funds to show back in your account. We’ll email you once we’ve processed your refund/exchange anyway!

If you requested an exchange and the item you wanted isn’t in stock we’ll be in touch to work this out for you!

 

NON-UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Everything above still applies but we do ask that you clearly mark the outside of your returning parcel and any paperwork included with the words ‘RETURNED ITEMS’. This just prevents your parcel being held up in customs and any additional charges being added.

 

SALE ITEMS

Our 30-Day Returns policy does not apply to ‘SALE’ items! Instead we offer a 7-Day Returns policy from the date you receive your goods.

Any SALE items returned outside of the 7-Day period is not eligible for a refund or exchange, don’t worry… Instead we will issue you a gift card for the value of your return!

 

The difference between SALE and Discounted items, you’ll want to read this!

 

SALE Items - will show in a sale category as well as normal categories, if the item you bought showed the original price with a line through it and the new price in red then that is a SALE item.

Discounted Items – If your item was full price when you added it to your basket and you applied a discount code at checkout then this is a discounted item and is completely eligible for our 30 Day Returns Policy!
